PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Privacy, in plain language.

Cookies

We do not use third-party profiling or analytics cookies. To protect CV uploads from automated requests, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives the technical data required to verify the request.

We also use the technical cookie agentic-language to remember the selected language between Italian and English. When the cookie is absent, the home page uses the language preferences sent by the browser.

Optional campaign measurement

With your consent, we use a first-party cookie to remember which campaign brought you here: banners on publishers' websites or Google Ads campaigns. UTM data includes source, medium, campaign name and ID, and banner variant. It helps link visits to search requests, preview views and report purchases.

The aj-campaign cookie contains a protected random identifier, not your CV or email. It expires no more than 60 days after the recorded campaign; direct visits do not renew it. A new campaign covered by consent may replace the previous one. We do not use IP addresses or device fingerprints to reconstruct attribution, and do not send conversions or CV data to Google.

The legal basis is optional consent, separate from consent to CV processing. Refusing does not limit the service. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences: withdrawal deletes the cookie and attribution data associated with the previous choice, without deleting reports or administrative purchase records.

UTM data and request links expire 60 days after the attributed visit and are removed by an hourly cleanup. The technical aj-consent cookie remembers consent or refusal for 180 days; for the same period we retain a random ID, choice, policy version and dates, without IP, email or user agent in the consent table. Both cookies are restricted to this website, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and transmitted only over HTTPS. Technical security logs and purchase records have separate purposes and retention.

A CV contains personal data. agentic JOB uses it solely to extract the information required for the search, identify the skills to include in the profile, and rank opportunities according to the selected criteria. All subsequent communication takes place through the email address found in the CV.

After explicit consent and voluntary submission, the PDF is sent to agentic JOB and stored to extract and structure the skills used to rank opportunities. To record the request and enforce the limit of one CV every six months, we also retain the email address, request date, selected criteria, and the file's SHA-256 technical fingerprint.

The language model used to analyse the CV is hosted and processes data within the European Union and is operated in accordance with applicable European digital legislation, including the EU AI Act where applicable. Information contained in the CV and data derived from its analysis are used exclusively within the agentic JOB project: they are not used to train external models, shared with other projects, or processed for purposes unrelated to the service.

For security and internal statistics, we record technical data for each HTTP request, including the IP address, user agent, requested page, referral source, and approximate geolocation derived from the IP address. Technical data is not shared with third-party analytics services.

The email address is searched locally within the uploaded document, exclusively in the browser. Selecting the file does not automatically send the PDF: transmission and processing take place only after the user's explicit consent and voluntary submission of the document.
